The Project of Our Faculty Members has Been Awarded Support by TÜBİTAK

Our Faculty of Medicine’s project titled “Allosteric Modulation and Neurological Discovery in the Allosteric Dopamine Transporter,” prepared under the leadership of our Department of Medical Biochemistry’s faculty member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kader Şahin, has been deemed eligible for support within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1002-A Rapid Support Program.

Within the project, researchers include our Head of the Department of Medical Pharmacology, Prof. Dr. Filiz Özyiğit, and our faculty member from the Department of Medical Biology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Çağdaş Aktan. Under the project, scientific studies are planned with the aim of contributing to a better understanding of neurological mechanisms.
