Student Feedback and Quality Improvement Processes Were Evaluated in Our Faculty

A review meeting was held on August 21, 2026, chaired by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ayşe Güldem KİLCİLER, to evaluate the educational processes and discuss quality improvement efforts in our faculty.

The meeting was attended by our Vice Deans, members of the Unit Quality and Self-Assessment Committee, and external stakeholders from Bandırma Training and Research Hospital. During the meeting, student evaluation surveys and feedback from the 2025-2026 academic year were analyzed, and areas for improvement in the educational processes were addressed. Based on the findings, improvement activities for the 2026-2027 academic year were evaluated within the framework of the PDCA cycle, and preparations for the new academic year were also reviewed.

Furthermore, studies on graduation processes and graduate monitoring, as well as the orientation processes and feedback of newly enrolled Year VI intern physicians, were evaluated. The meeting focused on expanding student surveys and feedback practices, regularly analyzing the data obtained, and effectively utilizing the results to continuously improve educational processes.

The meeting concluded with expressions of wishes and hopes, following the sharing of mutual views and suggestions regarding the continuous improvement of education and quality processes through the contributions of internal and external stakeholders.
