Education Coordinators Meeting Held at the Faculty of Medicine

An Education Coordinators Meeting was held on October 1, 2026, at the Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Medicine to evaluate activities for the 2026-2027 academic year and to strengthen coordination within educational processes.

The meeting was attended by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Ayşe Güldem Kilciler; Vice Dean, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tilbe Erten Almak; Chief Coordinator of Education and Training, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duygu Eryavuz Onmaz; as well as year coordinators and assistant coordinators. Discussions focused on the monitoring and evaluation of educational processes, faculty participation, the definition of duties and responsibilities, feedback mechanisms, and the assessment of ongoing activities.

Additionally, the meeting addressed assignments for the new academic year, the current needs of specific academic years, challenges encountered, and planned improvement activities aimed at enhancing the quality of education.

After gathering the views and suggestions of the year coordinators and assistant coordinators, the meeting concluded with a mutual exchange of evaluations and information.
