2026 Social Contribution Feedback Survey

Dear Academic Staff, Administrative Staff, and Students,

To enhance the effectiveness of social responsibility and volunteerism activities and projects at our university and to reach a broader audience, we would like to gather feedback from you—our valued participants.

This survey has been prepared to collect your opinions and suggestions regarding your social responsibility and volunteerism activities and projects during the 2025–2026 academic year. Your participation is of great importance for the future planning and development of our social contribution initiatives. Your insights into the individual, societal, and institutional benefits of the social contribution activities you have carried out will help guide the more effective and efficient execution of such processes moving forward. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and all information provided will be kept confidential. Responses will be recorded anonymously, and no personal identifying information will be collected.
