HORIZONTAL TRANSFER FINAL REGISTRATION ANNOUNCEMENT

The results of the horizontal transfer applications have been announced. The final registration procedures for students who have been granted the right to register, as listed in the PDF files attached to the relevant announcement (click here), will be carried out between 01 September 2026 and 09 September 2026.

Students who have been granted the right to register are required to complete their final registration in person (face-to-face) by applying with the required documents within the specified dates.

Students who fail to complete their final registration within the specified dates will be deemed to have forfeited their right to register.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR HORIZONTAL TRANSFER

1. Transcript: An official document issued by the institution from which the student is transferring, showing all courses taken and the grades received.

2. Course Descriptions/Contents

3. Student Certificate

4. Document stating that the student has not received any disciplinary penalty (For applicants applying based on academic grade point average)

5. Document indicating that the student ranked within the top 10% (For students applying to transfer from evening education to regular education based on academic grade point average)

6. Document stating that the student has not previously transferred under Additional Article 1 (Ek Madde-1) (For applicants applying under Additional Article 1)

8. ÖSYM University Placement Results Document
