Successful Surgery from Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology

The first vesicovaginal fistula (urine leakage between the urinary bladder and the vagina) surgery was successfully performed in our region by Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Urology. Our Deputy Dean and Head of Urology Department Assoc. Dr. Aykut BASER; stated that they will continue to perform especially high-level surgical procedures in our region. Patient Gülümser ZEYBEK thanked the authorities and doctors for not having to go out of the province after this surgical operation was performed within the Bandırma Training and Research Hospital of the medical faculty established in our region.
